We have a ZERO-SPAM policy. We do not send multiple unsolicited email and we will never pass email addresses on to anyone else who does.
Corballis Communication and English Rewrite do maintain basic records of past enquirers and clients but we have a strict privacy policy. The information we keep is limited to clients' email addresses and details that were submitted by the client and is strictly for our own use and will not be passed to any third party under any circumstances.
Also we do not keep any client's submitted written documents past such time that we are satisfied that the client is happy with the service received. For reasons relating to publishing rights, submission or intellectual property, we guarantee that no one but our editor will ever see a client text, and editors have formally agreed never to divulge any information or personal details to any third party.
We will only use client information in order to contact a client as an immediate follow up to the English Rewrite service or to ask for feedback on our work. We do not spam and we will never sell or divulge any client information to any third party.
